Beet is located in Central Hong Kong, in the middle of Kau U Fong. Our philosophy is rooted in showcasing modern European cuisine, with a strong focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Inspired by Chef Barry Quek's culinary experiences throughout Europe and Asia, our food is influenced by both classic and progressive cooking techniques, while remaining clean, fresh, and simple. Beet embodies an authentic approach to market-driven cooking, in which ingredients drive the a la carte and tasting menus. These menus are complemented by a beverage program that features artisanal spirits, classic cocktails, and a carefully curated wine list.
